The participants were students of psychology (MA level, 5<sup>th<\/sup> year). The event started on 8:00 and ended around 13:00. There were 14 participants + 4 presenters:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Katarzyna G\u00f3rak-Sosnowska<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Katarzyna Kucharska-Louaar<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Urszula Markowska-Manista<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Dominika Zakrzewska-Ol\u0119dzka, who hosted the Sensiclass team at APS.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">The event was aimed to test 5 e-modules prepared within IO1, namely:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Quick judgements vs reasoning. How does morality work?<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">History and counter-history: Roma and historical narrative(s)<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Multiple identities of Muslims in Europe<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">The \u201cabsent present\u201d challenges of educating about Jews in Central and Eastern Europe<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Confronting refugee-related stereotypes in the classroom<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">All e-modules have been published at: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/sensiclass\/guidance-materials\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/sensiclass\/guidance-materials<\/span><\/a><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">The event started with an introduction to cultural sensitivity and indigenous approach to other cultures on the example of Bayaaka group from Central African Republic. It served as a starting point to introduce the sensitive topics in the CEE context \u2013 the lack of contact to other cultures, colonial approach and the feeling of superiority to others, and in particular racism exemplified by blackfacing. Later the Sensiclass project has been introduced and presented. The students were divided into groups and each group worked with one e-module. On a dedicated space at Padlet https:\/\/pl.padlet.com\/dzakrzewskaoledzka\/a9ddff4k7lb01tvm they were filling in a template with feedback about the e-modules. Meanwhile the groups were asked about the progress of their work. Following they have presented their insights to other students. The event was concluded by a lecture about sensitive topics in the context of teaching about Islam and Muslims in Poland with a virtual walk at the local mosque in Warsaw offered by a Polish female convert to Islam. \u00a0<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align:justify\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">The participants received certificates of participation.
