\n\t\"RegisterWe are thrilled to invite you to our <\/span>joint training for the teachers of the network universities on teaching sensitive issues<\/span><\/b> which will be held online from 04\/10\/2021 till 08\/10\/2021<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe event will be composed of various workshops conducted by academic lecturers from the University of Tartu, Central European University, Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9. Topics of these workshops vary from teaching about Islam, gender or migration and more. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOne of the workshops will be held by our special guests \u2013 Maria Deld\u00e9n, PhD, and Gull T\u00f6rnegren, PhD, from the Dalarna University, Sweden<\/b>. They will focus on strategies for leading classroom discussions on controversial and sensitive topics. They will also present the roles that the teachers could and should take in these situations and introduce an ideal conversation model.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
