to\u00a0tailor their teaching strategies and approaches\u00a0to specific\u00a0contexts,\u00a0as well as\u00a0invent new strategies\u00a0and\u00a0create\u00a0personal solutions to problems.\u00a0Reflective teaching may be instrumental in\u00a0successfully tackling sensitive topics in a classroom\u00a0and improve teachers\u2019 ability to better deal with issues of diversity.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tReflection by itself, however,\u00a0need\u00a0not be critical, and deliberation about the \u201cnuts and bolts of classroom process\u201d is reflection void of critical aspects (Brookfield 1995).
