tundlike teemade k\u00e4sitlemine klassiruumis v\u00f5ib muutuda v\u00e4ga emotsionaalseks nii \u00f5pilaste kui ka \u00f5petaja jaoks ning p\u00f5hjustada konflikte. Neil puhkudel v\u00f5ib klassiruumi arutelu kergelt muutuda kohest konfliktihaldamisoskust n\u00f5udvaks \u00e4gedaks vaidluseks. Vastuolulisi teemasid on alates abordi\u00f5igusest, surmanuhtlusest ja eutanaasiast kuni poliitiliste eriarvamusteni, millest v\u00e4hemalt m\u00f5ne t\u00f5statamine klassiruumis on \u00fcsna v\u00e4ltimatu. Ka siis, kui vastuolulisi teemasid teadlikult v\u00e4lditakse, v\u00f5ivad inimesed v\u00f5tta neid emotsionaalselt isiklike uskumuste, tajutud eba\u00f5igluse v\u00f5i teiste p\u00f5hjuste t\u00f5ttu. Wessel Haanstra kirjutab, et tundlike teemade ignoreerimine \u201cannab \u00e4\u00e4rmuslikele sotsiaalsetele v\u00f5rgustikele v\u00f5imaluse pakkuda inimestele vastuseid\u201d ning seet\u00f5ttu \u201ct\u00e4hendab tabuteemade arutamine kindlasti k\u00fcll riskide v\u00f5tmist, kuid samas ka vastutuse v\u00f5tmist tulevase p\u00f5lvkonna ps\u00fchholoogilise arengu eest\u201d (Haanstra, lk 1).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tEt konfliktid ja emotsionaalne reageerimine erinevate teemade k\u00e4sitlemisele klassiruumis on v\u00e4ltimatud, peaksid \u00f5petajad omama ettevalmistust selliste situatsioonide k\u00f5ige konstruktiivsemaks k\u00e4sitlemiseks \u2013 see moodul soovib anda abivahendeid, millega selle eesm\u00e4rgini j\u00f5uda. K\u00f5igis olukordades, kus klassiruumis tekivad konfliktid, on eesm\u00e4rk \u201ckonflikti m\u00f5ista, mitte seda kunstliku konsensuse loomise teel lahendada\u201d. Sel moel k\u00e4sitletud konflikt muutub \u201cenergia ja \u00f5ppimise allikaks\u201d (Sturm ja Guinier 2003, lk 531). Konflikti m\u00f5istmise protsessi tuleks k\u00e4sitleda kui v\u00f5imalust \u00f5ppida, k\u00e4sitletava teemaga \u00fchiselt tegeleda ning tuvastada ja seada kahtluse alla selle teemaga seonduvaid eelhoiakuid ja eelarvamusi.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<h2>\n\tSelle mooduli eesm\u00e4rgid:<br>\n<\/h2>\n<p>\n\t\u00d5ppijatel, ise\u00e4ranis \u00fclikoolides \u00f5ppivatel noortel, v\u00f5ivad \u00fchiskonna suhtes olla tugevad eelarvamused ja uskumused. Kelly Trezise (2017) v\u00e4idab tabavalt, et emotsioonid on lahutamatuks osaks sellest, mis toimub klassiruumis.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u201eKlassiruum on emotsionaalne keskkond. \u2026 Ent haridusuuringud kalduvad liiga tihti emotsioone eirama v\u00f5i neutraliseerima. Et parandada \u00f5pilaste \u00f5ppimist ja emotsionaalset seisundit, v\u00e4hendada \u00f5petajate koormust ning arendada edasi teooriaid, mis k\u00e4sitlevad emotsioonide ja \u00f5ppimise vahelisi seoseid, peaksid haridusuuringud muutma oma fookust ning uurima seda, kuidas \u00f5pilased saavad \u00f5ppida s\u00f5ltumata nende emotsionaalsest seisundist.\u201c\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tArvestades, et k\u00f5ik \u00f5petajad peavad \u00f5ppet\u00f6\u00f6 l\u00e4biviimisel seisma silmitsi ka emotsioonidega, pakub see moodul\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\ttunniharjutusi ja tunni haldamise strateegiaid \u00f5pilaste emotsioonide k\u00e4sitlemiseks seesmiselt l\u00f5hestunud ja pingestatud \u00f5ppegruppides ja\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tjuhtumiuuringuid, et n\u00e4itlikustada \u00f5pilaste emotsioonidega seonduvaid v\u00e4ljakutseid ja v\u00f5imalikke lahendusi.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKasutatud kirjandus:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tHaanstra, Wessel. \u201cDiscussing taboos and controversial issues.\u201d RAN issue paper.
