p\u00fc\u00fcavad kohandada oma \u00f5petamisstrateegiaid ja l\u00e4henemisviise konkreetsetele kontekstidele. Nad loovad ka uusi strateegiaid ning p\u00fc\u00fcavad pakkuda probleemidele konkreetseid ja personaalseid lahendusi. Reflekteeriv \u00f5petamine on abiks tundlike teemade k\u00e4sitlemisele klassiruumis ja parandab \u00f5petajate suutlikkust tegeleda paremini mitmekesisusest tulenevate probleemidega.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRefleksioon ei pea olema sealjuures alati kriitiline ning klassiruumi protsessi pisiasjade \u00fcle arutlemine, millel puuduvad tegelikult kriitilised aspektid (Brookfield 1995). Samas peab refleksioon olema kriitiline, kui see teenib j\u00e4rgmisi eesm\u00e4rke: 1) seada kahtluse alla olemasolevad v\u00f5imuhierarhiad, mis k\u00fcll toetavad, aga samas ka moonutavad haridusprotsessi ja grupisisest suhtlust; 2) seada kahtluse alla \u00f5petaja enda eeldused ja \u00f5petamistavad, mis k\u00fcll taotlevad \u00f5petaja elu lihtsamaks muutmist, kuid tegelikult toetavad hoopis olemasolevaid hierarhiaid. (Brookfield 1995). Erinevusi illustreerivad j\u00e4rgmised n\u00e4ited:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u2022 refleksioon: t\u00f5hustada \u00f5pilaste t\u00f6\u00f6de esitamise t\u00e4htaegasid;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u2022 kriitiline refleksioon: hindamiskriteeriumite ja esitamist\u00e4htaegade aluseks olevate dokumentide ja allikate uurimine ja hindav anal\u00fc\u00fcs (Brookfield 1995).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKriitiliselt reflekteeriv \u00f5petaja taotleb peamiselt seda, et \u201esuurendada oma \u00f5petuses teadlikkust ja arvestada v\u00f5imalikult paljude erinevate vaatenurkadega\u201c (Miller 2010).
