SCOPUS has several different indicators for comparing journals.

CiteScore calculates the number of citations by last years. In addition to journals, it also accounts for conference materials and book series.

CiteScore methodology

SJR (SCImago Journal Rank) accounts for both the number of citations and the quality of the journal, this is the so-called indicator of prestige. Citations in a journal of higher prestige are more valuable.

SNIP (Source Normalized Impact per Paper) allows comparing journals from different fields of science, taking into account the specifics of the field and the potential of citations.

You can also select to see only Open Access journals from there.
