Selle aasta korraldajad olid Alfredo Castello (Glasgow \u00dclikool, Suurbritannia), Christopher Fraser (Kalifornia \u00dclikool, USA), F\u00e1tima Gebauer (Barcelona Teadus- ja Tehnoloogiainstituut, Pompeu Fabra \u00dclikool, Hispaania) ja Christian Spahn (Charit\u00e9 Berliini \u00dclikooli Haigla, Saksamaa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konverents algas \u00f5htuste avaettekannetega. Lori Passmore (MRC Molekulaarbioloogia Laboratoorium, UK) andis \u00fclevaate mRNA pol\u00fc(A)saba muutvatest mehhanismidest. Reuven Agami (Madalmaade V\u00e4hiuuringute Instituut, Holland) teemaks oli v\u00e4hirakkudes aminohappe asendust (tr\u00fcptofaan \u2013 fen\u00fc\u00fclalaniin) soodustavad geneetilised tegurid. \u00d5htu l\u00f5petas Marina Rodnina (Max Plancki Multidistsiplinaarsete Teaduste Instituut, Saksamaa), kes r\u00e4\u00e4kis kuidas mRNA modifikatsioonid m\u00f5jutavad koodonite \u00e4ratundmist ning kuidas need modifikatsioonid viivad valgus\u00fcnteesil vigade tekkimiseni. See j\u00e4rel toimusid sessioonid teemadel: 1: Ribosoom, elongatsioon ja terminatsioon; 2: Kvaliteedi kontroll; 3: Initsiatsioon; 4: Patoloogia ja haigused; 5: Translatsiooni regulatsioon; 6: Arenevad tehnoloogiad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RiboLab\u2019i esindas konverentsil prof.
