{"id":39,"date":"2024-04-04T05:30:52","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T02:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/rene\/developing-sapha-course\/"},"modified":"2024-04-04T05:32:08","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T02:32:08","slug":"developing-sapha-course","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/rene\/developing-sapha-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Developing the SAPHA course"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tThe development of\u00a0the theoretical part of\u00a0the\u00a0SAPHA (Patient handling in safe and rehabilitating way) course started in November 2019 by planning and\u00a0agreeing\u00a0to rough outline.\u00a0As presented in\u00a0the\u00a0project plan, the course will be implemented as an online course.\u00a0Intensive\u00a0development of\u00a0the\u00a0course took place\u00a0during the\u00a0beginning\u00a0of the year\u00a0and spring 2020.\u00a0Already in the early stage the\u00a0Consortium had a common understanding that the course would be divided into separate and smaller study\u00a0units,\u00a0called\u00a0\u201cbaskets\u201d,\u00a0that are studied in\u00a0a\u00a0specific\u00a0order and\u00a0their\u00a0contents\u00a0are\u00a0built\u00a0on\u00a0each other.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tExperts from all 7\u00a0Higher\u00a0Education\u00a0Institutions (HEIs)\u00a0and from\u00a0Ergosolutions\u00a0BC\u00a0and FIOH\u00a0participated in\u00a0the\u00a0work.\u00a0At the beginning of\u00a0the\u00a0entity\u00a0was planned\u00a0together with large consortium\u00a0and MS Teams was\u00a0diligently used\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0communication\u00a0and work platform.\u00a0During the\u00a0springtime\u00a0the Consortium\u00a0decided to divide\u00a0the\u00a0project group\u00a0into smaller\u00a0groups, each one\u00a0responsible\u00a0for\u00a0developing\u00a0one of the five\u00a0baskets.\u00a0Development work was supposed to\u00a0be\u00a0done\u00a0together\u00a0during the\u00a0intensive week in Slovenia but due to Covid-19\u00a0restrictions the\u00a0plan had to be changed and work was\u00a0completed\u00a0online,\u00a0via MS Teams.\u00a0Work\u00a0and thoughts of every group were\u00a0introduced to\u00a0the\u00a0rest of\u00a0the\u00a0project group regularly and everyone got\u00a0interesting\u00a0ideas and feedback\u00a0to continue working on the SAPHA course.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDuring\u00a0springtime, the\u00a0Moodle\u00a0platform\u00a0was chosen\u00a0as the tool\u00a0for\u00a0implementing the online course.
