\n\tRENE team members have worked with theoretical part contents for months, and now the\u00a0project has reached the milestone to build up the\u00a0actual\u00a0learning platform for\u00a0the\u00a0SAPHA course.\u00a0Finally, the Baskets, as we have named the theory part structure, have found their forms for\u00a0the\u00a0piloting phase and we are ready to transform the learning materials\u00a0into Moodle. We decided to use the learning platform most used in consortium HEIs, however for some of us this means a jump into other system in the end of the project. Even though HEI teachers are skilled in using multiple ICT tools for teaching, building a new course in\u00a0an\u00a0unfamiliar learning platform requires assistance from\u00a0a\u00a0technical specialist.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWe all know the\u00a0different\u00a0perspectives for example into patient rehabilitation, and most of us have experienced challenges in co-operation with other health care professionals.\u00a0Having\u00a0various\u00a0meanings for concepts, using different words\u00a0referring the same phenomenon\u2026 the list may continue far. How fascinating might be the co-operation with experts from totally different\u00a0fields?\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n\tLuckily, I have been working with\u00a0the\u00a0RENE team member Mika Arvola previously\u00a0in\u00a0similar projects. We got also\u00a0Joni\u00a0Liikala\u00a0into our team and he\u00a0is\u00a0the main\u00a0Moodle\u00a0operator\u00a0in Oulu University of Applied Sciences.\u00a0The successful cooperation\u00a0was\u00a0based on their\u00a0clear guidance on the task division: the content experts provide the contents, and\u00a0the\u00a0IT specialists would solve\u00a0the technical\u00a0issues within the boundaries the Moodle has. Our first session in Moodle transfer opened the\u00a0technicians\u2019\u00a0expertise to us.\u00a0As\u00a0my colleague Kati Kulju and I were first trying to\u00a0\u201csurvive\u201d\u00a0with\u00a0forming complex quizzes into this new platform, our technical specialists\u00a0decided after half an hour that\u00a0they\u00a0will take over a bigger role and leave the\u00a0teachers out of building the Moodle.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n\tLater\u00a0on,\u00a0we\u00a0realized how\u00a0wise\u00a0decision that was. The SAPHA theory part transfer to Moodle is now completed\u00a0and as the tasks have been clearly divided for the ones who handle the task best.\u00a0The\u00a0RENE-project is\u00a0on time to start the first piloting phase. This co-operation with technical specialists\u00a0confirmed to me, once again, the\u00a0richness of\u00a0the team\u00a0work. In multidisciplinary teams we\u00a0can\u00a0create more than\u00a0by\u00a0working\u00a0individually.\n<\/p>\n
