\n\tJavier Jerez Roig<\/b><\/font><\/font>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe is the Head of the Research Group on Methodology, Methods, Models and Outcomes of Health and Social Sciences (M3O) and the Research Delegate of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Welfare. He works as a Professor (Serra Hunter program) in the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia. Lecturer in the subjects Community Physiotherapy and Geriatric Physiotherapy. He also collaborates with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brazil) as a visiting professor. Also, he has worked as an assistant researcher in the Fundaci\u00f3 Blanquerna (Universitat Ramon Llull).
Doctor in Public Health by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brazil) in 2016. Master in Public Health by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brazil) in 2014. Physiotherapy Degree by the University of Valencia in 2002.
He worked as a physiotherapist in the public and private health system (Policl\u00ednica Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Rosario, Hospital Can Misses, Hospital Residencia Asistida de Cas Serres or different primary health centres in Ibiza) during a period of 12 years.
Research areas: Physical Therapy \/ Rehabilitation, Gerontology \/ Geriatrics, Public \/ Health Epidemiology; 32 published articles or accepted for publication, 50 works presented at conferences and one book.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEduard Minobes<\/b><\/font><\/font>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHead of the Basic Health Science Department at the Health Sciences and Welfare Faculty, Vic University \u2013 Central University of Catalonia (Uvic-UCC). He works as a lecturer in the Physiotherapy degree in the Geriatric Physical Therapy and Physiotherapy for the Musculoskeletal System subjects.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPhD in biomedicine (Rovira i Virgili University, URV) with the dissertation: \u201cValuation of the low back pain treated with different types of active exercises in women\u201d. Master in Ageing and Health (URV) and BsC in Physiotherapy. Member of the research group M3O and the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SEGG).<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe worked as Innovation Teaching responsible at the Health Sciences and Welfare Faculty at the Uvic-UCC. He has experience as physiotherapy in the Sant Joan de Reus University Hospital and in the private health system during a period of 8 years.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tResearch areas: Physical Therapy \/ Rehabilitation, Gerontology \/ Geriatrics\/ Teaching Innovation.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe participates in various national and European research projects nowadays.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEmilia Chirveches<\/b><\/font><\/font>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEmilia Chirveches is part of the research and teaching staff at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Welfare. She holds a Degree in Nursing (1998), a Master in Leadership and Nursing Services Management (2011), and a Ph.D. in Nursing Sciences from the University of Barcelona (2014). Before joining UVIC-UCC, she worked as a surgical nurse (1988-2000) and as a research nurse at the Consorci Hospitalari de Vic (2001-2018), leading projects in the field of nursing care from a quantitative approach focusing on the care of surgical patients.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tJudit Rusi\u00f1ol<\/b><\/font><\/font>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCoordinator of the degree in Occupational Therapy. Lecture of therapeutic resources, activity analysis, gadgets\/aids and environmental modifications for people with functional diversity.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPhD in health, well-being and quality of life with the thesis \u201cRepercussions of meaning on the volition and its applications in occupational therapy: the case of the activity of knitting for oneself or for others\u201d. Master in e-learning.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tShe is part of the Research Group on Methodology, Methods, Models and Outcomes of Health and Social Sciences (M3O) and She worked as an Occupational Therapy in geriatric clinical care and with citizen participation projects.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHer research areas are: The study of motivation (volition) to participate in meaningful activities. The impact of participation in creative and craft activities, individual or collective, on people\u2019s health and well-being.\n<\/p>\n

Montse Romero Mas<\/b><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tShe works as the International relations officer at Health Sciences and Wellfare Faculty at the University of Vic- Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). She holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Computing (University of Portsmouth) and a Master\u2019s Degree in Information Society and Knowlegement (Universitato Oberta de Catalunya). She is a PhD candidate in the \u201cComprehensive Care and Health Services Programme\u201d ath the UVic-UCC.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHer research is within the field of virtual communities of practice. She\u2019s co-author of the App \u201cI\u2019mWithYou\u201d, a tool to support informal caregivers of people with Alzheimer. She collaborates with the \u201cDigital Societies Recearch Group\u201d and the Information School of Sheffield University. She works on several projects with European funding, among them, Co-care<\/a> about co-created ICT solutions for Alzheimer\u2019s informal caregiving.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe is currently a 2nd year physiotherapy student at UVic \u2013 UCC and performing an internship at M3O research group.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe has more than five years of experience in the health field as a nursing assistant and he is a sports physical activity technician. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHe participates in one national (OsoNaH) and one European (RENE) research projects nowadays.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
