Dear students,

The texts below are meant for independent reading, Questions for Sessions serving as your guidelines. Be ready to participate in the discussion in class by either making notes while you read or taking the material with you to class for reference, either in the printed or digital format. Be sure also to read the plays. Although we watch them in class together, the directors have taken great liberties with their material, cutting out sizable chunks of text and obliterating some characters altogether. Also it will make it easier to follow the complicated plots.
