\n<\/a>121.<\/strong> The doctoral thesis has the following structure:<\/p>\n

121.1.<\/strong> title pages;
\n121.2.<\/strong> table of contents (\u201cContents\u201d);
\n121.3. <\/strong>the list of the author\u2019s research publications, patents, patent applications and applied solutions the doctoral thesis is based on (\u201cList of publications\u201d);
\n121.4.<\/strong> the description of the contribution of the author of the doctoral thesis in a research publication, invention or applied solution with several authors (\u201cAuthor\u2019s contribution to the publications\u201d);
\n121.5. <\/strong>introduction (\u201cIntroduction\u201d);
\n<\/a>121.6. <\/strong>the body of the thesis, consisting of<\/p>\n

121.6.1.<\/strong> an overview of the current situation of the field of research and the position of the research problem in it;
\n121.6.2.<\/strong> the formulation of the research task;
\n121.6.3.<\/strong> the statements presented for defence;
\n121.6.4.<\/strong> the description of methodology;
\n121.6.5.<\/strong> the course or proof of the resolution of the research task;
\n121.6.6.<\/strong> discussion and conclusions;
\n121.6.7.<\/strong> a summary;<\/p>\n

121.7.<\/strong> a list of references (\u201cReferences\u201d);
\n121.8. <\/strong>an exhaustive Estonian summary of different parts of the thesis if the doctoral thesis has been written in a foreign language, and a foreign-language summary if the doctoral thesis has been written in Estonian (\u201cAbstract\u201d);
\n121.9.<\/strong> the author\u2019s curriculum vitae in Estonian and English including the name, date of birth, an email address that continues to be valid after graduation, education and professional history, information about the main fields of research, research publications, patents, patent applications and applied solutions, and membership in professional organisations (\u201cCurriculum vitae\u201d<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
