Preservation of the doctoral thesis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br>\n176. <\/strong>Doctoral thesis is preserved in the university library in printed and electronic form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>177.<\/strong> If a decision to allow a person to defend the doctoral thesis is overruled according to clause <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/contesting-and-overruling-decisions-council-awarding-doctoral-degrees?lang=en#174.2.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/contesting-and-overruling-decisions-council-awarding-doctoral-degrees?lang=en#174.2.1\">174.2.1<\/a>, the defence was not successful as specified in <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#149.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#149.2\">clauses 149.2<\/a>, <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#151.1.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#151.1.2\">151.1.2<\/a> and <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#151.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/council%E2%80%99s-decision?lang=en#151.2\">151.2<\/a> or the awarding of the doctoral degree is overruled as specified in <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/contesting-and-overruling-decisions-council-awarding-doctoral-degrees?lang=en#174.2.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ope\/contesting-and-overruling-decisions-council-awarding-doctoral-degrees?lang=en#174.2.2\">clause 174.2.2<\/a> after the defence, access to the electronic doctoral thesis is closed based on the council\u2019s proposal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>176.
