Information Session “How to apply for Erasmus grant for traineeship abroad?”

Counselling Centre seminar "Useful principles for writing a CV and cover letter" for UT students 

The purpose of this seminar is to assist international students for a quicker and smoother adaption to (local) labour market. The workshop will address the objectives and important principles for the preparation of the CV and the cover letter, also discussing the possibilities for using different types of CV. The seminar takes place on November 28 at 14.15–15.45 in UT Counselling Centre, registration here.

Counselling Centre seminar "Endless darkness and loneliness" for UT students

The aim of the seminar is to give an overview of how the dark times affect foreign students’ mental health and studies. Discussion about what coping mechanisms to use to deal with so-called endless darkness and loneliness during the winter. The seminar takes place on November 20 at 14.15–15.45 in UT Counselling Centre, registration and more information here.

The student psychologist of UT Counselling Centre is offering seminar for the students interested in adaptation topic. The aim of the training is to give an overview of how to adapt at the University of Tartu, what are the obstacles and challenges related to studies and social situations. There will be discussion about coping mechanisms to use to ensure that adaptation period in the university would be painless and smooth. The seminar takes place on October 9 at 14.15–15.45 in UT Counselling Centre, registration and more information here.
