Uuritav objekt v\u00f5ib olla metalli sulam, keraamilise\/komposiitne materjal v\u00f5i pol\u00fcmeer, millest on valmistatud planaarne ja siledapinnaline t\u00fckk m\u00f5\u00f5tudega \u2013 maksimaalselt 30 mm paksus ja 50 mm laius\/pikkus. TI 980 v\u00f5imaldab uurida ka alusmaterjalile kantud katete omadusi, mille paksus v\u00f5ib olla m\u00f5nest nanomeetrist mitmete mikromeetriteni. S\u00fcsteemiga k\u00e4ib kaasas patenteeritud programm, mis v\u00f5imaldab m\u00e4\u00e4rata huvipakkuvate \u00f5hukeste katete omadusi ilma alusmaterjali olulise m\u00f5jutuseta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TI 980 v\u00f5imaldab m\u00e4\u00e4rata j\u00e4rgmisi materjali omadusi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<p>K\u00f5vadus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Elastsumoodul;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Roomavus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Pinna\/katte h\u00f5\u00f5rdetegur;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Pinna\/katte kulumiskindlus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Pinna\/katte kriimustuskindlus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p>Katte adhesioon alusega<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisaks eelnevale on TI 980-l v\u00f5imekus teha 3D pilt m\u00f5\u00f5tmiskohast enne ja p\u00e4rast testi (vt. n\u00e4idet). See v\u00f5imaldab testimisel erilist huvi pakkuvate kohtade otsimist enne m\u00f5\u00f5tmist ning visualiseerida testi k\u00e4igus toimunud muutuseid.
