\n\tThe Vocational College Lappia is situated in Finnish Lapland by the Swedish border. The headquarters of the College is situated in Tornio but there are training centers also in three different municipalities in western Lapland. Vocational College Lappia is maintained by the Kemi-Tornionlaakso Municipal Educational and Training Consortium Lappia.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\"Lappia\"\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThere are about 2700 youth programme students and about 1300 adult students in the College with a staff of 350.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEducation is provided in 40 study programmes leading to 28 different vocational qualifications. In addition to the vocational qualifications the college provides versatile adult education and apprenticeship training.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tStudents can obtain vocational upper secondary qualifications in the following five fields: Culture, Nature, Service, Social and Health Care, Technology.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWe have student accommodation available in Tornio, Muonio and Loue campuses, all in walking distance from schools. Students that are studying in Kemi unit, can use Tornio student accommodation. There is a kitchen, washing machine and a drying room available for students for free.\n<\/p>\n
