It contains five chapters, each equipped with a theoretical part (recommended for home reading) and\u00a0reflection assigments to discuss in classroom, using panel, fischbowl or other\u00a0format.\u00a0The Study Module\u00a0contains integrated video clips that introduce various topics that allow to understand the challenges\u00a0of mobility. Videos\u00a0can be used for sparking the\u00a0further debate about barriers and benefits of mobilty.\u00a0 \u00a0Participants are invited to share their own approaches to mobility and ways in which they develop their art of intercultural communication.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Study Module is structured according the mobility stages: before, during and after mobility activities.\u00a0Each topic begins with the formulation of learning outcomes to support the facilitator in setting goals and evaluating the learning outcomes.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cBefore mobility<\/strong>\u201d focuses on finding answers to the questions: Why to participate in mobility programs and how to prepare for study abroad? The chapter \u201cMindset and self-belief\u201d is about building the positive mindset and self-confidence. The chapter \u201cUnderstanding the benefits of mobility\u201d highlights the value of study abroad experience for students, teachers and teacher trainers.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cDuring mobility<\/strong>\u201d focuses on finding answers to the following questions: What to keep in mind while abroad and how to learn as much as possible from this experience? The chapter \u201cIntercultural communication and cultural adaptation\u201d centers on cultural variations in communication styles and cultural dimensions that affect classroom activities. The chapter \u201cFacilitating reflection during study abroad\u201d is about critical reflection tools to support independent learning and critical thinking during exchange period.\n<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cAfter mobility<\/strong>\u201d section will help users to make the re-entry experience meaningful for the long term.
