Registration fees include\u00a0VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student registration fees are only available to undergraduate and graduate students and PhD candidates. The registration fee for PhD school does not apply to the members of the EIT Urban Mobility Doctoral Training Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to sponsor?<\/h3>\n

We offer the Mobile Tartu community an opportunity to contribute to the overall organisation and accessibility of the event through two types of supporter\/sponsor tickets.<\/p>\n

A 600-euro supporter ticket<\/strong> allows one person to participate in the main conference. When registering, please indicate the name of the organisation or (research) project to be highlighted in the conference acknowledgements.<\/p>\n

A 2000-euro ticket <\/strong>allows the organisation to send two people to participate in the conference. We will add the company logo to the conference\u2019s main design under the sponsor section, and the organisation can bring a roll-up (presenting the organisation, project, or similar) that we will display at the conference venue.<\/p>\n

To redeem either of the tickets, we will send an invoice to the organisation along with the names of the people whose participation the ticket covers. We will contact sponsors separately.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Payments are possible either by bank transfer or by credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose to pay by credit card<\/strong>, our system will send an invoice to the e-mail address you provided after a successful credit card transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose to pay by bank transfer<\/strong>, our system will send information on our bank transaction details to the e-mail address you provided, and you can request an invoice after the payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need an invoice before the payment, please follow the instructions in the registration form or if you have already filled the registration form then leave your invoice\u00a0details\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the Early Bird fee is applicable until 20\u00a0April <\/strong>(including) and the\u00a0Late\/Sleeping Beauty\u00a0fee<\/strong>\u00a0must be paid by 24 May at the latest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/strong>\u00a0requests should be sent by email to\u00a0mobiletartu@ut.ee<\/a>. For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference. Handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
