The application deadline has been extended to\u00a0 <\/span>June 15th<\/sup><\/span>,\u00a0 2024.<\/strong>\u00a0Accepted participants can register before July1st<\/sup>, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Prospective participants<\/b>\u00a0should send the\u00a0application form<\/a>,\u00a0no later than June,\u00a0 15th\u00a0<\/sup> 2024 to Riho Motlep (riho.motlep@ut.ee), University of Tartu<\/b>. Applications should include (a) a motivation letter (half a page), (b) a short CV (max 1 page) and (c) a publication list (if available). Applicants will be informed about the outcome in due course after the application deadline.<\/p>\n

After applications are granted and bursaries are appointed, please proceed to registration and payment. Applicants selected for bursary do not have to pay neither the Participation fee nor the accommodation <\/strong>(please see explanation and conditions below!).\u00a0<\/strong> All other participants from EAI institutions<\/a> and non-EAI affiliated institutions please register first and pay here<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0 The link to the registration: <\/b>EAI Tartu workshop registration<\/a>. You should pay for 9 nights for your accommodation also through payment page<\/strong>. If you want to stay shorter please specify your arrival and departure dates in a short email to\u00a0eai@esf.org<\/a>. Early career scientists are those up to 8 years from their first Ph. D. in a related field. Please note that you also have to pay for accommodation (if you need one).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event is open to applicants from all nationalities. Participants affiliated with institutions in the Russian Federation are ineligible, though.\u00a0 Also, recommendation letters for visa applications are only issued for participants selected by the organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n
