The EAPRIL Conference<\/a> takes place in Malta this year and the LIFT project held its symposium \u201cLesson Study as an Innovative Learning Approach in Future Teacher Education throughout Europe\u201d today. We had an inspiring and thought-provoking discussion on how to scale up Lesson Study, supporting participants with different levels of experience to engage with its various forms. The key takeaway? Everything begins with a research problem \u2014 a challenge identified in the learning process \u2014 and meaningful progress happens through collaboration. We also underlined the crucial role of policymakers, school leaders, and management teams in ensuring that changes are not only implemented but also sustained and effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many thanks to our audience and to the presenters Sui Lin Goei, Siebrich de Vries, Martijn Willemse, and our discussant James Calleja. I had the honour to chair the session and engage people on the topic of dissemination and outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
