Enesejuhtimisoskusega inimene on teadlik sellest, kuidas m\u00f5jutavad tema tegevust sisemised ja v\u00e4lised tegurid, sh surve. Samuti oskab ta eri toiminguid t\u00e4htsuse j\u00e4rjekorda seada ja aega planeerida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ennast juhtiv inimene on vastupidav ja kohanemisv\u00f5imeline, suudab ennast motiveerida ning oma t\u00e4helepanu \u00f5igesse kohta suunata. Ta tuleb toime nii muudatuste kui ka tagasil\u00f6\u00f6kidega, oskab arvestada tagasisidega ja v\u00f5tta vastu kriitikat. Enesejuhtimise osa on ka oma vaimse ja f\u00fc\u00fcsilise tervise eest hoolitsemine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enesejuhtimine on tihedalt seotud elukestva \u00f5ppega ja on oluline alus \u00f5pioskuste kujundamisel.
