Creativity is the ability to approach a subject or situation in a creative way and generate new knowledge. <\/strong>Creativity is based on curiosity, resourcefulness and the ability to think outside the box. Creativity is fuelled by fascination about the changing world and openness to new experiences, which encourages the search for knowledge from new sources. A creative person can use existing resources in unexpected ways.

Innovation is the ability to use one\u2019s imagination to combine information, perspectives, or methods in a novel way and thereby create new ideas and solutions. Design thinking methods support creativity and innovation, enabling the development of original and valuable ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A moment of reflection:\u00a0<\/strong>Do you ever feel tired of doing things the same way all the time? If so, how often do you seek new experiences or methods? Are you familiar with any techniques that can help break out of the routine and give thinking a fresh direction? How often do you surround yourself with people who do not operate in your field and have different interests compared to yours? Do you think of yourself as a curious person?
