Kanali t\u00e4itmiseks valitakse peatihvt, mis vastab prepareeritud juurekanali preparatsioonilaiusele (viimane suurim prepareerinud viil juurekanalis).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\">B. Tihvt m\u00f5\u00f5detakse vastavalt juurekanali t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusele ning vastaval pikkusel tehakse m\u00e4rge tihvtile v\u00f5i painutatakse tihvti koronaalne\u00a0\u00a0l\u00f5puosa \u00e4ra.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\">C. Peatihvt asetatakse prooviks juurekanalisse (<strong>pilt 1.1<\/strong>). Kui juurekanal on korrektselt prepareeritud ja peatihvt sobib juurekanalisse, siis l\u00e4heb tihvt juurekanalisse kogu t\u00f6\u00f6pikkuses ning pitsub veidi juuretipu piirkonnas. Tihvti v\u00e4lja t\u00f5mbamisel kanalist tekib v\u00e4ike vastupanu\u00a0\u00e4rat\u00f5mbele\u00a0<em>(\u201etug-back\u201c)<\/em><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oluline!  Kui sobiv peatihvt ei l\u00e4he juurekanalis t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusesse, siis pole preparatsioon korrektne ning juurekanal tuleb uuesti viilidega t\u00f6\u00f6delda! <br><br>Kui vastav peatihvt l\u00e4heb juurekanalisse t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusest pikemalt, siis tuleb tihvti tipp kontrollida kalibraatoriga. Kui tipudiameeter on korrektne ja ikkagi l\u00e4heb peatihvt juurekanalisse t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusest pikemalt, siis on suur v\u00f5imalus, et juuretipp on l\u00f5hutud. Sel juhul tuleb preparstiooni korrigeerida v\u00f5i kasutada alternatiivseid t\u00e4itmistehnikaid (termoplastilised t\u00e4itmistehnikad, MTA). <br><br>Kui peatihvt l\u00e4heb t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusesse, kuid ei pitsu ja liigub juurekanalis vabalt, siis tuleb tihvti tipp kontrollida kalibraatoriga. Kui pitsumine ikkagi puudub, siis tuleb valida number suurem tihvt v\u00f5i l\u00f5igata veidi peatihvti tippu maha ning kontrollida uuesti.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"146\" height=\"282\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24\" style=\"float: right;\" title=\"1-2.png\" src=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/1-2.png\" alt=\"1-2.png\">D.\u00a0Tehakse kontrollr\u00f6ntgen koos peatihvtiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E. Kanal loputatakse ja kuivatatakse pabertihvtidega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F.\u00a0Valitakse sobiv lateraalkondensaator ja vastavad lateraaltihvtid.\u00a0Lateraalkondensaator peab juurekanalisse minema t\u00f6\u00f6pikkusest ca 2 mm l\u00fchemalt \u00a0kui proovida seda kanalisse koos peatihvtiga (pilt 1.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G. Siiler kantakse \u00f5hukese kihina juurekanali seinale aplitseerituna kas pabertihvtidega v\u00f5i peatihvtil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H. Peatihvt viiakse juurekanalisse kogu t\u00f6\u00f6pikkuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I.\u00a0Lateraalsesse ossa asetatakse lateraalkondensaator ning antakse instrumendile kerge surve apikaalses suunas.\u00a0<strong>NB! Juba 1,5 kg j\u00f5ud v\u00f5ib tekitada juuremurru!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J. Instrumenti roteeritakse veidi ja t\u00f5mmatakse koronaalses suunas tagasi juurekanalist v\u00e4lja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K. Vabanenud ruumi asetatakse lateraaltihvt (<strong>pilt 1.3<\/strong>) ning kondenseeritakse (<strong>pilt 1.4<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L. M\u00f5\u00f5da fatsiaalselt instrument tsemendi-emaili kinnitusjoonest referentspunktini (pilt 1.6a) ning aseta siis sama instrument kaviteeti topeldatud materjalile (pilt 1.6b).
