As recordings are located in a separate server, their links can also be sent outside the Moodle course. The teacher can take the Presenter\u2019s role over from another moderator by clicking the circle button with a plus sign at the bottom of the screen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">To upload slides, click the <b>blue plus-sign button<\/b> and select <i>Upload a presentation.<\/i> Add the pdf file with slides to the field <i>Drag files here to upload or browse for files.<\/i> Click the button <i>Upload<\/i>. Wait until the file is uploaded to the server.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">To navigate between the slides, use the arrows at the bottom of the window. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"border:solid#cccccc1.0pt;padding:4.0pt0cm4.0pt4.0pt\">\n<h3 style=\"border: none;margin: 15pt 0cm 7.5pt;padding: 0cm\">\n\t\t<span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\",serif\"><span style=\"color:#2a5188\">How to share the screen? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br>\n\t<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">To share the screen, check whether you use the Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Edge browser (WebRTC technology is used for screen sharing). <b>Google Chrome is recommended for best results<\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">If you use the MacOS system, check if you have allowed <i>Screen Recording <\/i>to Google Chrome or Firefox browser in <i>System preferences &gt; Security &amp; Privacy.<\/i> <b>Unfortunately, screen sharing with Safari is not possible.<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">If there is no screen-sharing button at the top, check whether you have the <i>Presenter<\/i> rights. Verify there is the small screen-sharing logo at your name. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"border:solid#cccccc1.0pt;padding:4.0pt0cm4.0pt4.0pt\">\n<h3 style=\"border: none;margin: 15pt 0cm 7.5pt;padding: 0cm\">\n\t\t<span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\",serif\"><span style=\"color:#2a5188\">I want to my students to make a presentation. What do I need to do? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br>\n\t<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">Learners can always make presentations. To show slides, you need to grant the <i>Presenter <\/i>rights to the learner. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">Left-click on the learner\u2019s name and select <i>Make presenter <\/i>from the menu. Now the learner can upload files, change slides and share screen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"border:solid#cccccc1.0pt;padding:4.0pt0cm4.0pt4.0pt\">\n<h3 style=\"border: none;margin: 15pt 0cm 7.5pt;padding: 0cm\">\n\t\t<span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span style=\",serif\"><span style=\"color:#2a5188\">How to do group work and assign learners into small groups? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br>\n\t<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:7.5pt\">\n\t<span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\"><span style=\"color:#565656\">For group work, BBB has <i>Breakout Rooms<\/i>, which can be activated from the gear icon at the users list. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">Click the <b>gear icon <\/b>at the <i>Users <\/i>list and select <b><i>Create Breakout Rooms<\/i><\/b><i>.<\/i> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">Select the number of rooms and how participants are assigned into the rooms (students are allowed to join a room, randomly assigned or assigned by the teacher), and the duration in minutes for learners to work in small groups. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">When the specified time ends or when you want to end the breakout rooms, the learners return to the main room. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">In <\/span><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">Breakout Rooms<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">, participants have all the rights and they can share their screen, whiteboard and other tools available in BBB<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">The teacher can join the breakout rooms and listen to or view the work in the group.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"rtl\" style=\"margin-right: 36pt;text-align: left\">\n\t<span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"background:#eeeeee\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><span><span style=\"color:#2a5188\">How to end the webinar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br>\n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"color:#565656\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\",serif\">To end the webinar (empty the room or the participants and the content created during the last seminar), click the <b>three-dot menu<\/b> at the top right of the window and select <i>End meeting<\/i>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To use BBB, add the activity BigBlueButtonBN to the front page of the e-course in Moodle.
