We are Estonia\u2019s national university and the centre of the country\u2019s academic spirit. We are a strong research university, promoting education and research worldwide. More than 17,000 people work and study at the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visittartu.com\/\">Tartu<\/a> is the second largest city in Estonia. The first written records of Tartu date from 1030, making it the oldest city in the Baltic States.
