The registration deadline is June 17, 2025.
The conference fee includes the following: academic program, coffee\/tea breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner.
The cost of the conference dinner for the accompanying person is 100\u20ac (purchase deadline June 26, 2025 12:00 UTC+3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLATION TERMS
All cancellations must be sent in a written way to the Conference Secretariat: ime2025@ut.ee
The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 100% Refund<\/strong>: If cancellation notice is received by May 15, 2025<\/strong> (excluding bank transfer fees).

  • 50% Refund<\/strong>: If cancellation notice is received between May 16 and June 10, 2025<\/strong> (excluding bank transfer fees).
