{"id":3,"date":"2024-04-03T23:20:08","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T20:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ict\/avaleht\/"},"modified":"2024-04-09T08:14:37","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T05:14:37","slug":"avaleht","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/ict\/","title":{"rendered":"Project overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project overview<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The project \u201eConceptual framework for increasing society\u2019s commitment in ICT: approaches in general and higher education for motivating ICT-related career choices and improving competences for applying and developing ICT\u201c is supported by the European Regional Development Fund through the programme for supporting research &amp; development in information and communication technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main goal of the research project is to find interventions that should be applied in general schools and higher education institutions to positively influence students\u2019 ICT-related attitudes, knowledge, and skills (which are all needed to increase the number of citizens who relate their professional career to the ICT sector).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study is a joint project of the University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology and the Estonian Information Technology College.
