The Beer Museum opened on 1 July 2003 in order to preserve the history of industrial beer brewing. It is located in the malt tower built on the A. Le Coq site in 1898. It exhibits more than 2000 items. The exposition tells the story of beer brewing around the world and in Estonia, from the beer culture of ancient Egypt to the present day. The museum\u2019s collection includes equipment used for making beer at home as well as old industrial brewing equipment. Of course, there are also bottle caps, bottles, mugs and barrels. The items in the museum introduce the beer-drinking traditions of students and include the brewery\u2019s own money and medals from global exhibitions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Special quided tour in English or Russian <strong>last for two hours.<\/strong> The tour includes visiting production premises and the museum, and ends with A.
