Participants will have a choice between two Estonian language courses (please note that these lessons run in parallel sessions):\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t<span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Introduction to practical Estonian <\/strong><\/span>(regular 40 EUR, students 25 EUR)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Room<\/strong>\u00a0Jakobi 2 \u2013 428\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Time<\/strong>\u00a0July 8 (Sat):14-16,\u00a016-18; July 9 (Sun):10-12, 12-14, 15-17\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tThe course takes place on Saturday and Sunday (8-9 July), 10 hours altogether.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tCome and learn to\n<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n\t\tgreet and say good bye\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tpronounce<em> haua\u00f6\u00f6\u00f5udused <\/em>and distinguish between three vowel and consonant lengths\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\torder a piece of cake and a coffee in the singular nominative but two pieces of cake and two coffees in the singular partitive\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\task and answer basic questions related to university and conference -life\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tconjugate some basic verbs and forget about personal endings in negative sentences\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tponder about the roots and contacts of Estonian\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t<strong>Instructor<\/strong>: Miina Norvik (PhD in the Finnic languages). Miina has 5 years of experience with teaching Estonian to foreigners.
