Registration form and fees

**REGISTRATION TO THE ICLC-14 IS NOW CLOSED**

 

Please read the following instructions before registering.

 

Registration is needed to attend the ICLC-14. Please follow the link below to the registration form. The conference fee covers attendance of the conference (all presentations), coffee breaks, and conference materials. The conference fees vary depending on whether you are a member of ICLA / a student, and the date of your registration. Information about ICLA membership is available here: http://www.cognitivelinguistics.org/en/membership.

 

In addition, you can choose to attend a variety of events taking place before, during, and after the conference. The fees for these events are shown in the registration form. Details of the events are available in the section Social programme. Please note that some of the events have an attendance limit, which will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis.

*ICLA members benefit from a substantial reduction (including conference dinner), sponsored by the ICLA. The difference is slightly more than a one year membership with journal subscription or a two year membership without journal subscription. In addition, the ICLA also contributes to keeping all the student fees as low as possible.

Important notes on payment


You can pay via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will send you an invoice during the next 3 business days. You will have 5 days to complete the payment from the day the invoice is sent out. The registration is completed when we have received your payment. After that you will receive a confirmation email.

Should you choose the option to pay with the invoice, the fee will be applied according to your registration date, not the date on your invoice.

 

Cancellations

  • If you think you can’t make it to the conference, please let us know as soon as possible so that the schedule can be fixed accordingly.
  • Please be advised that as of 1st June reimbursement is not possible.
