TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT
The easiest and cheapest way to get to and from the Ülenurme airport is to use the services of the Airport Shuttle (http://www.tartu-airport.ee/eng/transport/airportshuttle). To be certain of getting a seat on the bus it is recommended to book in advance.

In order to connect to Wifi, please use the UT or eduroam networks.
PRESENTATIONS
We kindly ask that you bring your presentation with you on an USB or make it downloadable from the internet. We cannot guarantee that everyone can connect their own laptops.
ANNOUNCEMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be announced on our webpage and on the TV-screens around the venue.
PHOTOCOPYING/PRINTING
There are several options for printing/photocopying.
You can print your materials at Lossi 3 building. The entrance is on the Lossi street, you will see a sign that says “Mulimeedia talitlus”. You can go in any time during working hours to print your materials. You can pay with card or cash. You can also print posters here, the price depends on the size and design of your poster.
You can also print at “Koopiatehas” (Ülikooli 10). Open 9-17.
GETTING TO THE NATIONAL MUSEUM ON WEDNESDAY
Everyone who would like a guided tour to ERM should gather in front of the main building Ülikooli 18 at 14.00 on Wednesday. If you have registered for the busride to ERM, please check the website or with the registration table for the departure point. There will also be volunteers to guide you there.
BANKS AND SHOPS (opening hours)
Most supermarkets are open until 10 p.m. on weekdays. Banks are usually open until 5 p.m. You can find ATMs around the Town Hall square. Please note that in Estonia, you get cash before you get your card back. Don’t forget your card! Currency exchange is located in Tartu Kaubamaja (Riia 1).
TOURISM
You can find materials and flyers on what to do in Tartu at the registration table.
HEALTH
Please turn to the registration table in case of minor accidents/health issues that do not require the attention of a medical professional. The registration table is stocked with painkillers, bandages, etc.
SWIMMING IN TARTU
It is allowed to swim in Emajõgi (Mother river) in designated beaches only. Follow the river upstream and you will find one on both sides.
FOOD
Most restaurants and cafés in the city center offer daily specials for lunch. The price is usually around 5 euros.
You can safely drink tap water anywhere in the city.
