Accommodation

There are many different accommodation options in Tartu for you to choose from. However, during the high season, available accommodation tends to get scarce, so we suggest you book your rooms as soon as possible.

We have pre-booked rooms in most of the centrally-located hotels, hostels and guesthouses. To book these rooms, you will have to contact the accommodation facilities directly* and use the keyword ICLC 14 in your request. A few of the hotels only offer a discount with the keyword, but no pre-booked rooms. Please note that most of the pre-bookings are valid until the end of May.

The rates of the accommodation can vary, but most of the pre-booked hotels offer a discount with the aforementioned keyword. Most of the rooms are single or double, bigger rooms are available for example in Tampere Maja.

Tartu is a small city and the venue of the conference is located in the city center – almost all of the hotels/hostels/guesthouses are located within walking distance of the venue, most of them not more than a 10-minute walk away from it.

*The pre-booked rooms are not available through the online booking systems (e.g. booking.com). Please contact the accommodation facilities via email. The hotels where the pre-booked rooms are already reserved are marked as **SOLD OUT.
