allikavesi –spring water
kali –similar to Russian kvass ,a non-alcoholic drink fermented with yeast. Usually made from rye, rye malt or bread infusion; sugar and flavouring are added.
karboniseeritud vesi, mulliga vesi, gaseeritud vesi –sparkling water
mineraalvesi – mineral water, e.g. Värska, Häädemeeste
mõdu –mead, a beverage made by fermenting honey, water and yeast with flavourings such as herbs or spices.
kasemahl –birch sap, drained from big birch trees in early spring before leaves appear 
kombucha –

(also tea mushroom - teeseen) is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks. Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a "symbiotic 'colony' of bacteria and yeast".

limonaad –lemonade
mahl –juice
mahlajook – consists of 10-15% juice and water. May be flavoured with natural or synthetic substances.
nektar –nectar, 25-50% of juice. Water, sugar, sweeteners, citric acid  may be added. 
smuuti -

smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit or berries with other ingredients such as yoghurt, ice cream or milk.
