The ones who already paid a higher fee will be contacted for reimbursement.\u00a0One Registration per paper is mandatory.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>IEEE-Member Author Registration*\u00a0<\/strong>(until May 25th, 2020):\u00a0330\u20ac\u00a0\u00a0(incl. VAT\u00a055\u20ac; in US$ 360)<\/p>\n<p><strong>IEEE Non-Member Author Registration*\u00a0<\/strong>(until May 25th, 2020): 410\u20ac\u00a0\u00a0(incl. VAT 8.33\u20ac; in US$ 54) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm0cm8pt;\">All fees include VAT, the VAT is shown in parentheses.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">(*) One ICALT 2020 author (including conference and track chairs) of each accepted paper will be required to register to the conference at a specific flat rate, namely IEEE Member Rate <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">= <\/span><span lang=\"ET\">330\u20ac (incl. VAT 55\u20ac; in US$ 360) <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">or IEEE Non-Member Rate = <\/span><span lang=\"ET\">410\u20ac (incl. VAT 68,33\u20ac; in US$ 450)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>(**) Only for authors with papers accepted in the Doctoral Consortium track.<\/p>\n<p>The registration fee includes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">Participation in conference (including all online sessions and online social acitivities)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">Online access to conference proceedings<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">Online access to recordings of the sessions (if the permission of the presenters has been obtained)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p><div class=\"accordion mb-3\">\n        <div class=\"accordion-item accordion-item--white\">\n        <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"accordion-69e12028da365-heading\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-69e12028da365-collapse\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"accordion-69e12028da365-collapse\">Registration Information<\/button>\n        <\/h2>\n        <div id=\"accordion-69e12028da365-collapse\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-69e12028da365-heading\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body\">One registration fee covers only one accepted paper.<br>\nIf an author has two or three papers accepted, a reduced fee is available for the \u2018second\u2019\u00a0paper, provided they have registered at the regular rate for the \u2018first\u2019 paper. The reduced fee for the second paper is 190\u20ac (for an IEEE Member, incl. VAT 31,67\u20ac; in US$ 210) and 240\u20ac (for an IEEE Non-Member, incl. VAT 40\u20ac; in US$ 264) in addition to the full registration fee paid for the first paper.<br>\nStudents who have an accepted paper in tracks other than the Doctoral Consortium track have to pay author fees as listed in the table above (not student fees).<br>\nStudents who have an accepted paper in the Doctoral Consortium track pay the reduced student fees as mentioned in the table above.<br>\nStudents with at least 2 papers, one in the Doctoral Consortium track and one in another track, pay one registration as a student for the Doctoral Consortium and one registration as a regular author for the other papers if a Co-author has not paid a full registration.<br>\nStudents need to send proof from their Ph.D. supervisor\/coordinator via email to icalt2020@gmail.com<br>\nPost-doctoral students are not considered students, therefore they have to pay the regular fees.<br>\nChairs of ICALT 2020 have to pay the registration fee for paper publication.<br>\nAuthors need to pay and register until May 25th for the paper to be published.<br>\nIf you register as IEEE member then member card is required in conference check in.\n<p>IEEE Student Member \/ Non-Member author rate is available only for authors of papers in the doctoral consortium. Students who are registering as authors of papers selected as \u201cfull paper, short paper, poster\u201d in tracks other than doctoral consortium must register at IEEE Member Rate \/ IEEE Non-Member Rate and pay the corresponding fees under \u201cAuthor Registration\u201d column.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have multiple papers you must register for the first paper at a specific flat rate, namely IEEE Member Rate \/ IEEE Non-Member Rate. For the second paper, you must select the \u201cAdditional 2nd paper fee\u201d (IEEE Member Rate \/ IEEE Non-Member rate) for the second paper: 190\u20ac (for an IEEE Member, incl. VAT <b>31,67\u20ac) and 240\u20ac (for an IEEE Non-Member, incl. VAT 40\u20ac)<\/b><span lang=\"ET\">. <\/span><span lang=\"ET\">From the third paper on, you must register for the flat rate (IEEE Member Rat \/IEEE Non-Member Rate). If you have questions to register for more than 4 papers under the same author registration, please send an email to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:icalt2020@gmail.com\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">icalt2020@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"ET\"> with the title Same Author More than 4 papers. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">Please fill the Organization (invoice to) cell correctly. It cannot be changed later.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><b><span lang=\"ET\">When paying by bank transfer, then please write in the description: ICALT2020, <\/span><strong>Your_Family_Name<\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span lang=\"ET\">The personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of sharing information and reporting the event.
