Veesisaldus emailis on v\u00e4hene, alla 5%.<\/p>\n<p>Eelneva emaili <strong>happetootluse tagaj\u00e4rjel<\/strong> muutub algselt sile <strong>emailipind eba\u00fchtlaseks.<\/strong> Sellises eels\u00f6\u00f6vitatud emailis toimib <strong>adhesiivile kapillaarj\u00f5ud<\/strong> ja \u00fchendus on tugevam. Selline <strong>mikroretsentsioon<\/strong> on v\u00e4ga oluline komponent emaili ja adhesiivi \u00fchildumisel.<\/p>\n<p>Kasutatava fosforhappe sobiva kontsentratsiooni \u00fcle vaieldi pikka aega. Katsetega leiti, et sobivaim on kasutada emaili eelt\u00f6\u00f6tluseks siiski ligi <strong>40% fosforhapet<\/strong>. Praegu j\u00e4\u00e4bki enamus toodetavaid happeid vahemikku 30\u202640%.<\/p>\n<p>Soovitatav happe<strong> toimimisaeg <\/strong>on 30-40% fosforhappe kasutamisel umbes<strong> 15 sekundit.<\/strong> Katsetused on n\u00e4idanud, et pikem (kuni 60 sekundit) s\u00f6\u00f6vitusaeg ei paranda adhesiooni.<\/p>\n<p>Adhesiivid seostuvad fosforhappega t\u00f6\u00f6tluse j\u00e4rgselt hambaemailiga keskmiselt tugevusega 20 MPa (laboratoorsetel katsetel on tulmused vahemikus 1-145 MPa).
