Practical stress management (in English)

In autumn 2020, a series of stress management trainings started under the guidance of trainer Veiko Värk  (Juunika Koolitus OÜ). These practical trainings are based on active learning methods. The trainings are structured in an interesting and inclusive way for the participants, allowing the participants to analyse the stress through their own point of view. Participants receive effective practical tools for early recognition of stress and effective reduction of stress.

 

Participant who has completed the training program

• is able to take responsibility for various conditions and manage them.
• Can recognize and prevent signs of stress.
• Knows what causes tension and stress in life and how to deal with it.
• Can analyse their own stress management skills and find ways to relieve stress.
• Knows psychological techniques of self-care and internal balance.
• Gains self-confidence and motivation.

The organizer has guaranteed a lunch and a two coffee breaks. 
Before to the training registered participants will receive some questions by e-mail. These answers will allow the trainer to prepare more specific recommendations and tips.

Registration opens a month before the event. Registration is open until November 29, 2020 or until the group is full (max 15 people). Priority will be given to English-speaking doctoral students. Additional event information will be sent by email with the admission decision.
Please be conscientious when signing up and sign up when you are sure that you can participate in the training all day!
