Genoomika tuumiklabor loodi 1. jaanuaril 2018. aastal T\u00dc Eesti geenivaramu ja Eesti biokeskuse laborite liitumisel, mis alustasid m\u00f5lemad tegevust 2006. aastal.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tuumiklaboris on kasutusel Illumina genot\u00fcpiseerimise ja NGS (<em>next generation sequencing<\/em>) sekveneerimise tehnoloogia. Samuti pikkade j\u00e4rjestuste sekveneerimiss\u00fcsteemid \u2013 PacBio ja Oxford Nanopore Technologies. Lisaks on laboril pikaajaline Sanger sekveneerimise tehnoloogia kasutamise kogemus. Tuumiklabor pakub oma teenuseid nii Eestis kui v\u00e4lismaal asuvatele teadus- ja meditsiiniasutustele. Suuremad kliendid v\u00e4ljaspool Tartu \u00fclikooli on siiani olnud Soomest, L\u00e4tist ja Inglismaalt.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00dc genoomika instituudi tuumiklabor on Eesti Akrediteerimiskeskuse poolt akrediteeritud katselabor reg. nr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eak.ee\/dokumendid\/pdf\/kasitlusala\/L300.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L300<\/a> standardi EVS-EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2017 n\u00f5uete suhtes.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/ckeditor_236_x_709\/public\/2023-09\/L300_12.09.2023_0.png?itok=_fKWY0ec\" alt=\"logo\" width=\"119\" height=\"82\"><\/div>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Pakutavad teenused<\/h3>\n<p>Illumina iScan\u00a0v\u00f5imaldab kiibip\u00f5hist \u00fclegenoomset\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/sisu\/genotupiseerimine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/tuumiklabor\/tuumiklabor\">genot\u00fcpiseerimist<\/a>\u00a0ja <a title=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/tuumiklabor\/tuumiklabor\" href=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/sisu\/genotupiseerimine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"\/genoomikakeskus\/\">DNA met\u00fclatsiooni<\/a> anal\u00fc\u00fcsi.<\/p>\n<p>Tuumiklabori poolt pakutavate <strong>genot\u00fcpiseerimisteenuste<\/strong> hulka kuuluvad k\u00f5ik Illumina poolt pakutavad genot\u00fcpiseerimiskiibid ja genoomi met\u00fclatsioonimustrite m\u00e4\u00e4ramist v\u00f5imaldavad kiibid.<\/p>\n<p>Meie teise p\u00f5lvkonna <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/sisu\/ngs-ehk-jargmise-polvkonna-sekveneerimine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/tuumiklabor\/ngs-ehk-jargmise-polvkonna-sekveneerimine\">sekveneerimise (<em>Next-Generation Sequencing, <\/em>NGS)<\/a> masinapark v\u00f5imaldab kasutada k\u00f5iki Illumina poolt pakutavaid rakendusi.<\/p>\n<p>Tuumiklabori poolt pakutavad <strong>NGS\u00a0sekveneerimisteenused<\/strong> h\u00f5lmavad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kogu genoomi resekveneerimine v\u00f5i de novo sekveneerimine (short-read ja long-read),<\/li>\n<li>suunatud ehk huvipakkuvate alade sekveneerimine (nt eksoom, v\u00e4hi geenid, kaasas\u00fcndinud haiguste geenid, rRNA geenid jms),<\/li>\n<li>kogu transkriptoomi ehk RNA sekveneerimine,<\/li>\n<li>valku kodeeriva mRNA sekveneerimine, valk-DNA interaktsioonide sekveneerimine (ChIPseq), bisulfit tehnoloogiaga sekveneerimine DNA met\u00fclatsiooni anal\u00fc\u00fcsiks (sh kogu DNA v\u00f5i huvipakkuvate regioonide sekveneerimine),<\/li>\n<li>metagenoomi sekveneerimine ehk erinevate organite (nt soolestiku v\u00f5i naha) v\u00f5i keskkonna bakterikoosluste m\u00e4\u00e4ramine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuumiklabor pakub samuti <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/sisu\/sangeri-sekveneerimine-ja-kapillaarelektroforees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/genomics.ut.ee\/et\/tuumiklabor\/sangeri-sekveneerimine-kapillaarelektroforees\">Sanger sekveneerimise<\/a> teenust\u00f6\u00f6d. Anal\u00fc\u00fcse viime l\u00e4bi Applied Biosystemsi kapillaarelektroforeesimasinatel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vana DNAga<\/strong> t\u00f6\u00f6tamiseks on spetsiaalne puhaslabor, mis v\u00f5imaldab hinnalisest arheoloogilisest materjalist kontrollitud tingimustes iidsetele organismidele kuuluvaid biomolekule eraldada, sealhulgas inimesest, loomsest ja taimsest materjalist ning setetest p\u00e4rinevat p\u00e4rilikkusainet. Labor pakub teenusena\u00a0 vana DNA eraldamist, puhastamist, genoomsete raamatukogude valmistamist ja sekveneerimist tuumiklabori NGS-platvormidel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Genoomika tuumiklaboris kasutatav
