Kuna korrektne on teostada isomeetrilised vastupanutestid liigese puhkeasendis, siis reie nelipealihase isomeetrilise j\u00f5u hindamisel on patsient seliliasendis, tema p\u00f5lveliiges on painutatud 25\u02da (joonis 4A). Et hinnata s\u00e4\u00e4re kompensatoorseid liigutusi, p\u00f5lveliigese sidemete ebastabiilsust v\u00f5i valu patella kompressiooni ajal, v\u00f5ib reie nelipealihase isomeetrilise j\u00f5u hindamisel olla p\u00f5lveliigese nurk ka 0\u00b0, 30\u00b0, 60\u00b0 v\u00f5i 90\u00b0. Hamstringlihaste isomeetrilist j\u00f5udu saab hinnata nii patsiendi k\u00f5huliasendis, p\u00f5lveliiges painutatud 90\u02da, kui seliliasendis (joonis 4B). Kui kand on p\u00f6\u00f6ratud v\u00e4ljapoole, hinnatakse reie kakspealihast, kui kand on p\u00f6\u00f6ratud sissepoole, hinnatakse poolk\u00f5\u00f5luslihast ja poolkilelihast.
