Funktsionaalsed testid"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>\n\tEksisteerib spetsiifilisi k\u00fcsimustikke ja teste, mis on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tatud puusaliigese funktsioonide hindamiseks pre- ja postoperatiivselt, aga ka vanemaealistel.<br>\n<\/h6>\n<p style=\"margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:12.0pt;margin-left:0cm\">\n\t<span lang=\"et\" style=\",serif\">Suuremat puusaliigese liikuvusulatust kui k\u00f5nnil, on vaja istumiseks, toolilt t\u00f5usmiseks, kingapaelte sidumiseks, esemete maast haaramiseks. Tabelis 2 on n\u00e4idatud vajalikud puusaliigese liikuvusulatused igap\u00e4evategevuste sooritamiseks. On mitmeid k\u00fcsimustikke, numbrilisi skaalasid v\u00f5i teste, mis hindavad puusaliigese funktsioone. N\u00e4iteks kasutatakse Harris`e puusaliigese funktsionaalset skaalat\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"et\" style=\",serif\">(<i>The Harris hip functional scale<\/i>) puusaliigese valu ja funktsioonide hindamiseks enne ja p\u00e4rast operatsiooni. L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Ontario ja McMaster \u00fclikoolide osteoartriidi indeks (<i>The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index <\/i>ehk WOMAC) ning Alaj\u00e4seme funktsiooni skaala (<i>Lower Extremity Function Scale<\/i> ehk LEFS) t\u00f6\u00f6tati v\u00e4lja selleks, et hinnata patsiendi tervislikku seisundit puusa- ja p\u00f5lveliigese endoproteesimisega seoses.
