Vaatamata ekstreemsete ilmastikun\u00e4htuste sagenemisele, prognoosivad tuleviku kliimamuutuste stsenaariumid sademete hulga ja \u00f5huniiskuse kasvu k\u00f5rgematel laiuskraadidel, kaasaarvatud Eestis. \u00d5huniiskuse suurendamist on katsealal l\u00e4bi viidud alates 2008 aastast, mullniiskuse suurendamine sai alguse 2018. Despite the rising frequency of extreme weather events in future, climate change scenarios predict an increase in precipitation and air humidity at higher latitudes, including in Estonia.
