UT will team up with three advanced partners: MAX IV (Sweden), an advanced partner in synchrotron science, Forschungszentrum J\u00fclich (FZJ, Germany), an advanced partner in neutron science, and Imperial College London (ICL, UK), an advanced partner in materials\u2019 modelling. The advanced partners will also provide guidance to UTARTU on research management, strengthening co-operation between different institutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project management team:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to ensure the professional management of the EXANST project, the following structures are introduced. The leading organisation UTARTU is responsible for coordination and administrative obligations as described in the Grant and Consortium agreements.
The project management team includes project coordinator (PC) Prof. Marco Kirm, a project manager (PM), Dr. Nataliya Krutyak and Financial manager (FM) appointed by UTARTU. The PC is a chair the Steering Committee (SC) which will be the main decision-making body for the project, consisting of one representative senior staff member from each of the four project participants (UTARTU, MAX IV, ICL and FZJ). The members of SC are Prof. Marco Kirm (UTARTU), Dr. Aymeric Robert (MAX IV), Prof. Johannes Lischner (ICL) and Dr. Andreas Stadler (FZJ). The PC and SC has a duty to review progress reports from each WP, evaluate and support communication between participants. The PC\/PM will communicate with the WP leaders on a regular basis (at least monthly) to monitor the project progress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
