I 1925\u00a0\u2013\u00a030. XII 2007) was an exile Estonian writer who resided in Canada.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:13px\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif\">He was born in T\u00f5rva and during World War II, graduated T\u00f5rva gymnasium. After fleeing to Sweden, he continued his studies at Chalmers University of\u00a0Technology in Gothenburg, graduated as an engineer and worked at a construction company in Malm\u00f6. In 1953, his family emigrated even further from home, resettling in Niagara Falls, Canada. In addition to working as an engineer and despite his age, Eichenbaum undertook new studies at Concordia Lutheran Seminary, which he graduated in 1990 with a master\u2019s degree in theology.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:13px\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif\">Eichenbaum wrote poems and children\u2019s stories, financing the publishing of his novels himself and also illustrating some of them. He wrote stories on the revolution of 1905-1907. He was also interested in family tree studies and the fate of people from Mulgimaa, which led him to publish the book <i><span style=\"font-style:italic\">P\u00e4ralej\u00f5udmised: \u00fche Mulgimaa perekonna elusaatus Eesti Vabariigi s\u00fcnniajastul XX sajandi alguses<\/span><\/i>\u00a0(\u2018Arrivals: The Fate of One Mulgimaa Family During the Birth of the Estonian Republic in Early XX Century\u2019). With his wife and sister-in-law, he compiled the book\u00a0<i><span style=\"font-style:italic\">Ida Aasam\u00e4e eluj\u00f5u allikail<\/span><\/i>\u00a0(\u2018On the Source of Ida Aasam\u00e4e\u2019s Vitality\u2019), which is\u00a0about his wife\u2019s mother from Mulgimaa, whose vitality and energy did not falter even during her Siberia years.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n\t<em><span style=\"font-size:13px\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif\">L.
