He issued the weekly newspaper <em>P\u00f5ltsamaa Uudised<\/em>. He died in Tallinn and was buried in Pilistvere cemetery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamsen\u2019s poems and short prose were mostly published in the press. The prevailing part of his creation was patriotic and nature poetry with a romantic-elegiac undertone. His poem <em>Murede maa<\/em> (\u2018The Land of Sorrows\u2019) and the short story <em>\u00c4mblik<\/em> (\u2018Spider\u2019) were included in the second album of the literary grouping Noor-Eesti (Young Estonia) in 1907. From the beginning of the 20th century, he started contributing to the children\u2019s magazine <em>Lasteleht<\/em> and concentrated mainly on children\u2019s literature. Some of his texts written for children have been set to music and become well-known songs, for example <em>K\u00fcll on kena kelguga<\/em> (\u2018What Fun It Is to Ride Downhill in a Sled\u2019). A collection of Kamsen\u2019s poetry for children was published under the same title in 1947.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A. K. (Translated by I.
