There are direct buses form Tallinn airport to Tartu during the daytime almost in every half hour (it takes 2:20 to reach Tartu). Earliest at 6.am, last at 23.59

To Tartu by train<\/strong><\/em>

Flights options only via Helsinki. <\/em>
Best option to get from Tartu airport to Tartu city centre is by taxis, which are available directly outside the airport terminal. Payment can be made directly to the driver by cash or credit card.

There are some direct buses form Riga airport to Tartu, but few more options from Riga Coach Station. It takes approx. 4 hours to reach Tartu with direct bus. Schedule can be seen and tickets purchased in advance from Lux Express website<\/a> or from a ticket office at Riga Coach Station

There are also options to take a train from Riga Train Station to Tartu.
