The Centre aims to unite scientists studying individuals and their contexts of action to discover new ways to measure, understand, and influence human well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the scientific director of the Centre, Andero Uusberg, in addition to getting acquainted with each other, the two-day seminar clarified several opportunities for collaboration and sparked valuable ideas for future development. \u201cGood interdisciplinarity is uncomfortable for everyone because it requires stepping out of your comfort zone\u2014it takes courage and encouragement. I dare to say that we succeeded in building the trust needed to think bigger together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first day of the opening seminar, researchers delved into each other\u2019s research directions, main research questions, and methodologies. On the second day, they explored how different research groups approach the same phenomenon.
