The two challenges are:\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t\tAlthough the innovation and identifying the best solutions to deal with reproductive problems are high on the agenda of every government, research and public community, the\u00a0scientific discoveries entirely outpace the ethical rules, public awareness and acceptance, creating serious\u00a0conflicts within the community and thus the urgent need to address these issues.\n\t<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\t\tHealth care inequities are a serious public health concern.\u00a0Many treatments in reproductive medicine are not covered by public\u00a0insurance, and often may disregard the ethical and emotional issues related to human reproduction. Besides\u00a0economic inequalities, major differences in accessing modern reproductive medicine also stem from the cultural\u00a0acceptance, public awareness, healthcare professional\u2019s susceptibility to innovation and communication to\u00a0patients, and availability of technological advances.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n\tBy tackling these challenges, the consortium aims to enhance the ethical preparedness of the consortium partners\u00a0and bring more ethically responsible innovations into clinic that do not harm the interests of the various\u00a0stakeholders, are evidence-based and cost-effective and therefore could be implemented in a sustainable way to\u00a0ensure that these novel solutions become widely and equally accessible to as many patients as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p><div class=\"accordion mb-3\">\n        <div class=\"accordion-item accordion-item--white\">\n        <h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"accordion-69de5d3b35dcc-heading\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-69de5d3b35dcc-collapse\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"accordion-69de5d3b35dcc-collapse\">OBJECTIVES<\/button>\n        <\/h2>\n        <div id=\"accordion-69de5d3b35dcc-collapse\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-69de5d3b35dcc-heading\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body\">The objectives of the project are:\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\tto significantly develop capacities at the University of Tartu (UT) in\u00a0the field of reproductive medicine, by sharing the existing scientific excellence and competencies among the\u00a0partners with the focus on UT;\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tto better manage the ethical governance system of reproductive research and\u00a0innovations by defining the underlying ethical challenges and more closely involving the stakeholders and to share\u00a0the already existing good governance practices, adjusting and composing a comprehensive governance system\u00a0and\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tto facilitate the equity of access of innovations in the research fields of reproductive medicine.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\t\n\n<p>\n\t<\/p><div class=\"accordion mb-3\">\n        <div
