\n\tThe project is structured into 6 work packages which have been structured to achieve the project\u2019s objectives.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWP1\u00a0<\/strong>sets out the \u2018ethics requirements\u2019 that the project must comply with.\n<\/p>\n \n\tWP2\u00a0<\/strong>ensures efficient overall\u00a0project management and will strengthen\u00a0the research\u00a0management and administration\u00a0skills of the University of Tartu. The WP includes the following activities: project administration and internal communication; financial management and reporting;\u00a0Advisory Board formation and operation; study visits and trainings.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \n\tWP3 <\/strong>aims to improve the ethical\u00a0governance system of reproductive\u00a0research and innovation. The planned activities are developing a governance model for ethically responsible innovations, publishing reports and case studies, engaging stakeholders, organising science cafes, webinars and seminars.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \n\tWP4 <\/strong>aims to strengthen the research excellence\u00a0and technical capacity in\u00a0reproductive medicine while\u00a0ensuring equity of access. The planned activities include organising workshops, courses, seminars and summer schools; mobility of researchers and ESRs; supervision and mentoring ESRs.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \n\tWP5 <\/strong>improves responsible\u00a0innovation practices and enhances the capacity for translation of reproductive research and\u00a0innovations into clinical practice and\u00a0commercialisation. The activities within this WP include establishing an industry-academia network, ESR traineeship in industry, mentoring researchers and\u00a0organising workshops.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \n\tWP6 <\/strong>maximises the impact of\u00a0the project and makes use of the\u00a0results by exploitation activities.
