PROJEKTI\u00d5PPE KAVANDAMINE<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">S\u00fcndmuste planeerimisel tuleb silmas pidada, et erinevad \u00f5pilasgrupid \/ klassid ei pruugi olla \u00fchtemoodi motiveeritud ega avatud antud l\u00e4henemisele. M\u00f5ne grupi puhul v\u00f5ib olla keeruline taolist projekt\u00f5pet rakendada ning tasub kaaluda, kas see on sobivaim lahendus antud grupi jaoks. N\u00e4iteks kui valdav osa klassi \u00f5pilastest eelistab \u00f5ppida individuaalset t\u00f6\u00f6d tehes, ei pruugi meeskonnat\u00f6\u00f6l p\u00f5hinev l\u00e4henemine neile meeltm\u00f6\u00f6da olla ega soovitud tulemusi anda. \u00d5ppet\u00f6\u00f6 ja metoodika kavandamisel on seet\u00f5ttu hea k\u00fcsida sisendit konkreetse \u00f5pilasgrupi k\u00e4est ning v\u00f5tta vastu otsused koos \u00f5pilastega. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">Mida tasuks silmas pidada \u00f5pilasgrupiga projekt\u00f5pet planeerides? Soovitan m\u00f5elda ise ja arutleda \u00f5pilastega j\u00e4rgnevatel teemadel:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">Kui \u00fchtne on \u00f5pilasgrupp? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">Kas \u00f5pilasgrupp on avatud ja motiveeritud antud l\u00e4henemise suhtes?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">Kui suur on \u00f5pilasgrupp ning kuidas on m\u00f5istlik jaotuda vajadusel meeskondadesse?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">Kas eelistatud on kogu grupiga \u00fchise s\u00fcndmuse planeerimine v\u00f5i v\u00e4iksemates gruppides s\u00fcndmuste elluviimine?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"et\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%;\">S\u00fcndmuse planeerimisel tasub eelk\u00f5ige l\u00e4htuda \u00f5pilasgrupi soovidest, huvist ja vajadustest. Otstarbekas on kaasata \u00f5pilased s\u00fcndmuse planeerimisse v\u00f5imalikult varakult, andes neile v\u00f5imaluse osaleda ideede genereerimisel. Oluline on, et \u00f5pilased saaksid end teostada huvipakkuval teemal, n\u00e4iteks spordilembesed noored v\u00f5ivad korraldada spordi\u00fcrituse v\u00f5i -p\u00e4eva, samal ajal kui loomevaldkonnast huvituvad \u00f5pilased v\u00f5ivad korraldada avatud kunstin\u00e4ituse, eesm\u00e4rgiga tuua noorte andekate kunstnike t\u00f6\u00f6d avalikkuse ette.
