Eraettev\u00f5tted saavad t\u00e4nu v\u00e4hematele seadusandlikele piirangutele kirjeldada t\u00f6\u00f6d, ootusi t\u00f6\u00f6le ning n\u00f5udeid kandidaatidele loomingulisemalt, ning kandideerimisdokumendid, mida oodatakse, v\u00f5ivad olla ka erinevad avaliku sektori organisatsioonidest. Need ei ole k\u00fcll kehvad pakkumised ja ootused, aga kui nende taga puudub organisatsiooni oma vaade, siis muutuvad need tihti s\u00f5nak\u00f5lksuks. M\u00f5nel juhul ei oodata kandidaatidelt isegi CV-d ja osade t\u00f6\u00f6pakkumiste puhul saadakse jutule ja j\u00f5utakse t\u00f6\u00f6pakkumiseni ka telefoni- v\u00f5i chativestluste teel. T\u00f6\u00f6andja br\u00e4nding ei ole vaid erasektori p\u00e4rusmaa \u2013 ka avaliku sektori organisatsioonid on asunud ennast t\u00f6\u00f6andjana turundama ja seel\u00e4bi positiivset t\u00f6\u00f6andja kogemust oma t\u00f6\u00f6tajatele pakkuma. <\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\">T\u00f6\u00f6andja br\u00e4nding ei ole t\u00f6\u00f6andja turundus. Esimene on t\u00f6\u00f6andja sisu ja olemus ning teine on selle olemuse v\u00f5imendamine ja sihtr\u00fchmadeni viimine, mis \u00fcldjuhul viiakse ellu kampaania korras, kasutades sihtr\u00fchmadele enim m\u00f5juvaid kanaleid nagu n\u00e4iteks sotsiaalmeedia, v\u00e4limeedia, \u00fcritused.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"> T\u00f6\u00f6andja br\u00e4ndingust v\u00f5idavad k\u00f5ik \u2013 nii organisatsioonid oma kultuuri arendamisel kui ka t\u00f6\u00f6lekandideerijad ja t\u00f6\u00f6tajad, kellest peetakse lugu ja keda peetakse \u00fcha enam partneriteks. T\u00f6\u00f6andja br\u00e4ndingusse panustavatele organisatsioonidele on iseloomulik osaleda erinevatel konkurssidel nagu \u201cUnistuste t\u00f6\u00f6andja\u201d ja soov taotleda erinevaid m\u00e4rgiseid nagu \u201cPeres\u00f5bralik t\u00f6\u00f6andja\u201d, \u201cKaugt\u00f6\u00f6 Tegija m\u00e4rgis\u201d, \u201cAustame erinevusi\u201d jne. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;
