Eba\u00f5nnestumist v\u00f5tavad nad \u00f5ppimise loomuliku osana ja n\u00e4evad selles pigem v\u00f5imalust uute lahenduste otsimiseks, edasi harjutamiseks. Nad tunnevad r\u00f5\u00f5mu nii pingutusest endast ka v\u00e4ikestest edusammudest. Arenguuskumus toetab \u00f5ppimist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u00e4\u00e4vususkumusega<\/strong> (kinnistunud m\u00f5tteviisiga) inimeste arvates v\u00f5imekus ja teised isikuomadused ei muutu. Seep\u00e4rast ei n\u00e4e nad pingutamisel erilist m\u00f5tet ja annavad kergesti alla ettetulevate raskuste ilmnedes. Rahulolu tekitab ainult hea tulemus (mitte enda tegevus ja areng). Negatiivset tagasisidet v\u00f5tavad nad isikliku l\u00fc\u00fcasaamise m\u00e4rgina ja pigem v\u00e4ldivad olukordi (nt millegi uue katsetamine, uue teadmise omandamine), millega toimetulekus kindlad pole.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5imekust saab tegutsedes arendada.
